The safest place they could imagine. That was what the crew of the Morning Star thought when they accepted the contract to resupply a well established mine. Especially now, with a newborn baby on board and the captain wanting to make certain that his co-owners continued with the ship. And at the mine everything appears in order, a tranquil settlement composed of working families making a living to save for the future.
