After 12 years of working with teenagers, middle school children and preschool children in Philadelphia through many organizations and public schools, observations learned by a computer technology instructor about what urban children are NOT learning in the 21st Century decrepit public school environments that could prepare them for future jobs and businesses in this Technological Revolution, and hopefully this lack of technological knowledge will be shocking and eye opening for Philly parents and other parents living in urban areas around the United States, where mostly black and brown and low income children reside.
