I have been training with weights for over 35 years now, for a variety of different reasons. Early on, my goal was to get bigger and stronger for football in High School. During my 4 years in the Marine Corps, I became interested in the sport of Bodybuilding. When I completed my obligation to the Marine Corps and finally had more time to train, I stepped up my training and grew to 265 pounds. Eventually, I began competing in Powerlifting and Strongman. If there is one thing I know, it is how to build big strong muscles. I am very familiar with the training styles of Bodybuilders, Powerlifters, and Strongmen. I know what they have in common, what the differences are and why. I have had great success with training people to be successful in these areas, and I enjoy sharing that information. This book was written to provide the reader with the understanding and the tools to reach their absolute potential in Bodybuilding.
