Vitamin K is essential for the synthesis of multiple factors in the coagulation cascade: Factors II (prothrombin), VII, IX, and X, as well as protein C and protein S. The study planned to assess the knowledge level regarding warfarin therapy among its users and to identify the factors that significantly influence anticoagulation control. The study results reveal that based on the scoring of population knowledge 27% have good INR control and 73% of patients have interventional INR. Among this interventional population, 72.3% have low INR and 28.7% have higher INR based on the target INR. This population has 49.32% are male and 50.68 are female. The study population that faced 4 main ADRs such as bleeding in gums, bloody stools, gastrointestinal discomfort, the rash was 34.2%. The detailed performance of the study is discussed in the book.
