Many people think that leadership is very easy or simple but it is a huge responsibility. They think that it is whereby you sit down at the comfort of your office and sign checks, contractual agreements, or issuing orders at the comfort of your home, pushing people around or oppressing them but true leadership is far from that. It is something that you are trained, equipped to lead effectively. Many people think that silencing your followers through the barrel of a gun is true leadership but it is far from that. It is not whereby you issue orders and when you are advised you become angry. It is whereby you take care of your people, help them to discover their true potential, and the reasons why they were born or created.
