David Smithfield is a multi-billionaire whose worst fear is the Apocalypse. Nuclear war, world war, terrorism: it all keeps him up at night. Instead of building a bunker to survive with his wealth, David decides to build a colony, a group of people working together for one goal: survive the end of the world. Mariah Lopez is a hard-working emergency room doctor, just starting out in the big city. Her life takes a frightening turn when she is kidnapped and brought to the colony.
