The Ratfather Auntie Dada

Previously published as The Rat Father by Aunt DaDa More Secret of NIMH than Stuart Little;more Mouseguard than Mickey Mouse;more Watership Down than Wind in the Willows; welcome to the mean streets of London, where even the trash isn't free. Best friends Bern and Rey, two rats living on those mean streets, are tired of digging for food in the trash. They decide to throw a Ratacular Spectacular to get humans to give them food. Before they know it, they have a circus on their paws, complete with tumbling mice, dancing geese, acrobatic squirrels, and a daredevil leap. They've also caught the attention of the local crime lord the Ratfather, the Squirrel King of Green Park, and the Ravens of the Tower of London; all who have ideas of their own about who should run the circus. The Ratfather's enforcers, hungry falcons, firebug weasels, crazed squirrels, and hoarder cats descend on them. It will be a miracle if the circus makes it through the first act.
