While enjoying a fun day of exploring walls of ice near Mount McKinley, climbing buddies Bill and Charlie discovered the perfectly preserved remains of a 6,000-year-old caveman. What was to be touted as the find of the century suddenly became clouded in turmoil when archaeologists discovered the man had been killed by a 21st century bullet! Little did Bill and Charlie know their discovery would lead them to a troubled physicist who had secretly perfected the principles of time travel. Being a frustrated FBI agent, Bill decided to use time travel as a means of stopping crime before it happened. Setting out on a quest to change the outcome of certain infamous historical events, he and Charlie successfully prevented the assassination of President Kennedy. They interrupted Adolf Hitler's plans of torturing and killing millions of Jews, and they stopped John Wilkes Booth from killing Abraham Lincoln at Ford's Theatre. On a euphoric high from previous successes, Bill decided to correct one more historic event he felt should never have happened-the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The problem was, that particular intervention was not meant to be interfered with, and it ended up turning their lives completely upside down. This is an updated version of "Righting Wrongs," published in 2012.
