Peter The Pixy has a problem with Piles. He has feasted on the Fairy Cakes and is suffering the consequences. His old friend Greg The Goblin assures him that there is a permanent cure for Piles - but they need some advice. With the aid of Innocent, the King of the Fairies, they set off on a quest to find a cure. They are aided and abetted by Steve the Gnome and Fairy Hanny, the prettiest Fairy in the Universe. Their journey takes them through various lands dealing with Dumbell Ena, Lord Tchod, Fub, Fat Larry and Twisted Headed Keith the Fire Dragon who likes to dress up in women's clothes. They are directed to the Fabled Lake of the Gloompty Fish which is located somewhere Down South. Legend has it that the liver of the Fabled Gloompty Fish, that is only found in the Fabled Lake, can be used to give a permanent cure to Piles. So when they finally arrive the Imp Rack Tickle and his wife Tess take the team fishing.
