This coloring book is the first volume of the Perfect Balance Yin and Yang Coloring Book series and contains twenty-five yin and yang designs. Each yin and yang measures 7". The designs have been carefully crafted with one side as black lines against a white background and the other side as white lines against a black background, and they range from basic to slightly complex. Each image is printed on only one side of the page. Further included are five blank pages you can remove to place behind your designs to protect the pages that follow from bleed through.

The yin and yang symbol dates back as far as 700 BCE and can be traced to ancient China. Yin and yang, which is both the singular and plural version of the phrase, offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony. The principle of this symbol is that everything exists as intertwined and conflicting opposites, like summer and winter, happy and sad, right and left, light and dark, male and female, etc.

It is my hope that you find coloring these designs to be therapeutic and that you find as much peace in this book as I did in creating it.
