This story is set a few centuries into the future, and follows the adventures of Suzzara, the young winner of a competition for which the prize was a journey on the newly commissioned Gandhi VII, visiting the newly designated Seven Wonders of the Galaxy. Join Suzzara as she continues her journey of discovery, not only of the Seven Wonders, with the host of different, and sometimes alarming, situations in which she finds herself, but also the experiences involved in growing up, and maturing into the adult she is now. In this, the second book of the series, the story picks up where Suzzara's new friends from Oceanum are settling into the Gandhi, having been hired as musicians for the rest of the voyage by Gandhi, the AI on the ship, in consultation with Captain Ruth, who has overall command of the huge liner. It covers the second part of the scheduled voyage, which includes the final three wonders and the dramatic conclusion to the journey shortly before her seventeenth birthday. Where will the journey lead her, and the mighty ship, and what effect will her experiences have had on her?
