Nita is a successful real estate agent who has worked her way up into what most would consider an exceptional life. But lately, she has been feeling disenfranchised with city life. On top of that, she's facing divorce from her cheating husband and that only heightens her feeling to need a big change - a reboot - to her life. Nita decides to leave the city behind and, acting on impulse, she purchases a home in the country without even seeing the property first. She's not sure what to expect but she's excited about the change. Upon hiring a mute local handyman named Jed, her desires begin to grow hot and she finds herself fantasizing that Jed might be just as willing to hammer her as hard as he does the loose boards on the old barn. Will Nita's fantasy become reality? Can she find lust, or even love, again?
