It has been a long, hot summer on the Cowboy Ranch. Cody Cowboy can't remember the last time it rained there. When a new family moves to Stone County after surviving a terrible hurricane in their old home, all of the neighbors show up to help the Smiths get settled in. As the town works together to repair the Smith's new home, storm clouds are building on the horizon. Winds start to blow and the sky turns darker by the hour.
