A moment where all was okay with the world, with her. No pain, no fears just laughter and love all around. She was happy, happy in time. The pain was gone. The thought of letting herself go was gone. She wished to be here, in this moment forever. She's never seen herself this way. Smiling at the thought. She was out going, talkative, always enjoying herself. She made good decisions that made things seem okay. She was open, always let people in without hesitation. She trusted easily. She loved with all she had. She was me. The me I wish I was now and forever more. Too often we wish to see ourselves as someone who has it all together. Someone who has it all figured out or at least working towards it. But most times we get so lost in the idea that we forget to take a look around. We forget to stop and smell the roses. Forget to stop and notice the important things in life. The important people in our lives. The ones who helps you along the way. The ones who are there during dark hours. The ones who lends a helping hand to keep us from drowning. The kind hello that brings a smile to your face. Sometimes we need to live in the moment because once you've missed it, it's gone forever. Life's too short to hurt people or let them down. Enjoy the moment cause you might never get it back. Do your best now before it's too late.
