We live in a sea of atoms. Every movement, every action creates ripples in that sea. Dr. William Marcus has made a device capable of taking those ripples and revealing what created them. He calls it "Project GEE." The GEE is an abbreviation for God's Eyes and Ears. With it he can see and hear nearly everything that has ever happened in the world. No crime needs ever go unsolved. No mystery needs to remain a mystery. No guilty party can escape justice and no innocent person need ever fear prosecution. There is a problem though. Those behind kidnapping a Senator's daughter, and a supposed terrorist attack on a commuter train could be exposed by Project GEE, and they'll do anything to protect their secrets including hunting down and killing the Senator and an FBI agent who learn the truth. In a suspense filled thriller, the most unlikely of heroes emerge to save the day.
