Jack Slade's car breaks down in the southern Arizona town of Cochise. While he's waiting for his car to be repaired, he runs afoul of the Los Hermanos drug cartel. As blood flows and bodies stack up, he discovers that the cartel is controlled by the vampire nation. A Dark Power has broken through from the Other Side and is centered in an ancient pyramid complex in Mexico. It threatens not only the vampire nation, but the world. The king of vampires asks Slade to travel to Mexico and take care of the problem.
