The FEMA Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (EHP) Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2009-2013 reflects the AgencyÕs commitment to the strategic integration of EHP considerations into the implementation of its programs, policies and overall mission. The EHP Strategic Plan presents the goals, objectives and strategies that will guide and inform the evolution of FEMAÕs EHP operations. This document is the culmination of an extensive planning effort led by FEMAÕs Office of Environmental Planning and Historic Preservation (OEHP) in collaboration with a Steering Committee composed of Headquarters and Regional program staff. Because OEHP assists all FEMA programs in ensuring compliance with federal EHP requirements, gaining program support for the Strategic Plan was a key priority in the development process.
