Children are wonderful, frustrating, brilliant, exhausting, amazing, beautiful creatures that are our awesome responsibility and gift to care for and raise into adults. And, as it turns out, 18 years is just not nearly enough. Nor is 21 years. Maybe a lifetime is not enough. But, sons grow up, turn into men and move away to start their own lives and families.
