Loneliness. It's dark, and constant free falling. It's the sound of familiar, yet foreign, voices, and the echo of your own footsteps as you chase yourself. It's making eye contact with yourself in the mirror, and seeing a stranger. It's knowing you're loved, yet not getting to feel it. It's wanting to feel. To feel anything constantly. To welcome excessive pain, anger, happiness, excitement, fear and sadness; knowing the feeling will last just long enough to leave you craving more. It's living in your own shadow. It's Purgatory, before Hell. It's never enough, yet too much to carry. It's wishing death, accepting death, and hoping for more life. The exhaustion. The fear. The emptiness. The slithering insides, and the demon's unrelenting claws. It's a waiting game. Depression. Through words, sweat and blood; it's survivable.
