It is very interesting how psychology is related to every aspect of human life. Every human being for its own wellbeing is concerned about the health of the body. However the welfare of the human brain and mind cannot remain behind. Here we have to feel the significance of psychology and its consequences in human life. The relevance of psychology can be felt in every field of human lives. We cannot just ignore it in modern world where more people committed suicide due to severe depression than normal death. In today's complex life structure it is utterly impossible to scan anybody's mind but with the help of psychology we can be able to do so. In this way we can assist to cure for mental diseases of larger number of people. That is the usefulness of this subject. In my book I try to shift my focus on several diverse aspects or traditions regarding psychology beginning from a very basic one and consequently shift to the recent one.
