One of the nice things about paying taxes is that some of the government "stuff" is in the public domain. For example, did you know that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has a library open us? A GREAT book was written a few years ago and, since we paid for it, it's in the public domain. The book is Psychology of Intelligence Analysis by Richards J. Heuer. Chapter Eight addresses the importance of analyzing "competing hypotheses" and is very applicable to anyone searching for the truth.
