Normally carefree and confident, Elton the Elf is feeling downcast as this calendar based story opens. It is New Year's Eve and Elton is lost, and all he wants in the world is to go home. Yet, he has to travel through a year full of holidays before finding his
way home. From piglets celebrating Valentine's Day to kangaroos celebrating Mother's Day to raccoons decked out for Halloween (no masks needed), Elton journeys through the twelve months of the year discovering the glorious ways we celebrate our favorite holidays. Elton travels by taxi, scooter and a host of other modes of transportation before finally arriving at the North Pole (on skis), just in time to help Santa load the sleigh.
