This book portrays me accurately as an individual with a severe case of OCD as well as a form of Tourette's syndrome. Most of my life has been dysfunctional especially from the age of 18 to 60 and has been accompanied by severe anger and destructive issues. I talk about my unique experiences in these regards and my living in largely demolished living quarters. I also discuss my early development and the source of my problems. I hope some readers, will be fascinated by my past circumstances and strange behavior accompanying my existence. The title of this short book refers to all the walls and gyprock I've punched and kicked in. Gyprock.
