It's the Journey: From Grief and Depression to Emotional and Physical Recovery After a Spouse's Death Wayne Howard

Wayne Howard has lost two wives to an early death. His previous wife was killed in a head-on collision with a tractor trailer. His latest wife, Beth, died from the effects of depression and dementia. Wayne descended into deep depression and grief after Beth's passing, after deciding that committing suicide was not the answer, he decided on a journey to a new physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. This journey involves studying self-help books and videos. It also involved improvements in diet and exercise. Wayne had to change who he was. After becoming a healthy, positive person, with God's and his therapist's encouragement, he decided to put the journey in writing in hopes that it would encourage somebody else who has suffered the death of a spouse. Wayne is continuing his journey to become a better, healthier person.
