This book is for anyone impacted by mental health. Whether you were diagnosed professionally, support someone who has been diagnosed, or feel as if you have "self" diagnosed... this book is for you. Within these pages is the beginning of a conversation that we need to have in the Church: "What are the scriptures that help to get you through?" Your Mental Health Matters to Him includes Scriptures I hold near and dear to my heart and my understanding of them when I was having what others may consider as "mental episodes." After recommitting to God and an in-depth studying of the Bible - to get to know Him for myself -I was able to gain fresh insight. God was able to Restore, Rebuild, and Renew my mind.
