Poetry should bring the world around us alive. We are so busy living that we do not reflex on life as it really is: a journey. Poetry has always been a part of my life. I continue to write more than 100 pieces a year even upon napkins. I should have become a writer, but wanted to be other things. Yet, I could not get this form of writing out of my life. I am happy because this form of writing cuts through the chase. It allows me to be succinct when I have other things which I must get done. Therefore, now I embrace this part of my brain which loves this kind of expression. Please Enjoy
