Site 251 begins with a substitution of characters in the file name of a property designation in the Pentagon that results in an error which causes a long lost, ultra-secret military facility to be auctioned off as surplus property. The ranch family that purchases the property accidentally discovers the site. The story is fact disguised as fiction and describes how the site evolved after Roswell and the reverse engineering of the UFO technology. It follows events after the White House realizes their mistake and the ranch family realizes that their discovery has incredible consequences with national security implications.
