Biographical Note:
Sammie Owens has been married for 40 years with two children and one grandchild. She has worked with children for over 30 years in Germany and San Antonio. She was a preschool teacher for 15 years at a Catholic Kindergarten. She owned a Child Development Center for 7 years. Her love for children and animals contributed to her writing children's stories. She has lived in San Antonio Texas for over 30 years.
