Catalina and the Duke of Lombard is the story of Catalina, a pampered cat living a luxurious lifestyle in London England until she was snatched away by the window washer, taken to Baltimore, Maryland and sold into another opulent family. However, the Duke's life was far from opulent, living outside of an old rundown house on Lombard street, with no food and no care, waiting 'year by year' for his beloved owner to return, but since the local cats didn't know Duke had an owner, they called him, 'No Name'.

The meeting of two cats was awkward but the experiences they shared extraordinary. No Name's owner eventually did return, but the adventures the cats shared in their neighborhoods, were beyond belief.

Adventures included Rathbone the Rat and his rat pack showed up at the Flea Market to rescue the privileged cats, in a terrible predicament, soon to be captured and sold, right before their eyes. Then there was a gang of Street Cats; a big yellow tom, a tortoiseshell, a calico, a cat with no tail, and one with a crooked tail, all chasing Catalina. Catalina running for her life in a rainstorm, but before long, running by her side, was No Name - committed to rescuing the new light in his life. Before long, No Name and his friends saved the day.

The story reaches new heights with birthday parties, dinners, adoptions, and finally Catalina and the Duke cuddling on the porch, as 'two worlds coming together', purring to the same beat.
