"Grayson Skovgaard With God Under the Woodpile," is the progression through the life of a man who in his early twenties, endures prison for a crime he did not commit, homelessness, near death experiences, and a devastating car accident. After years of extreme hardship, God brings into Gray's life a group of unlikely friends including a dog named Pickles, all of who sees a man of great courage and integrity. As Grayson battles the years of suffering, we see his ability to overcome obstacles with the people who are introduced into his life, sometimes against his will. These people become a large family of friends who support and encourage each other through love and understanding. Each character lends their own unique personality to the story and provides laughter, heartache, advice and love in ways that keeps the reader wanting more as they each have life stories within Gray's story. Through hard work, faith and facing challenges head on, Gray turns his life and the life of those he loves into a God fearing, prosperous family unit that gives back through the blessings that are showered upon them.
