Dr. J. earned his PhD in Leadership Studies from Our Lady of the Lake University; M. Div. from Regent University; and B. A. from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Dr. J. devotes his time to family and ministry. He and his wife are the proud parents of 4 children. They are the founders of Arise Church in San Antonio, Texas.
