Eunice Pickens is the Pastor and founder of Faith Steps Inc. Her cause is spreading the Gospel. For 25 years she served as The First Priority Campus Coach in The Bessemer City School System. She is the associate Pastor at First Baptist Carver Church. She has received numerous awards for her ministry service to youth and children. She graduated from Devos Urban Leadership Initiative and studied at Birmingham Theological Seminary. She is the host of The Survival Conference designed to empower youth and children for life. She is the writer and director of "The Power of Love" a Resurrection Drama. She is known for her role in developing programs for youth in her community. She has two daughters and lives in AL.
