A Modern Day Jeremiah? John Boeheim
A Modern Day Jeremiah?
John Boeheim
Since his retirement from the business world, the author has served in various lay ministries in the Church. He taught religion to young people and adults and studied liturgical renewal after Vatican II. His eight decades of life experience prompted him to write A MODERN DAY JEREMIAH? In recent years, he has served as a pastoral associate at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Comstock Park, Michigan and as the coordinator of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. He has attended several liturgical conferences given by the Continuing Education Department at Notre Dame University. He and his wife Ann were married 57 years and the Lord blest them with six children. John also wrote "GO Forth and Teach" in 1993. A MODERN DAY JEREMIAH? is a timely message written from a Christian perspective. It is a realistic view of what is happening to our country and the rest of the world when the Triune God is left out of our lifestyles and societies. Its message is meant to motivate all on what we must do to stop the decadence and evil that prevails in our world today. It calls for bringing back God through prayer and our faith in Him and TRUE LOVE for all humankind!
