The new head business agent for AmerAsian Labor Union is warned he is about to be taken away and possibly murdered. He calls his brother, Bob, to hide and protect his young daughter, Jenny. The business agent is beaten and left for dead but survives. A lieutenant with the Alaska State Troopers is a friend of Bob's and becomes involved in the investigation. Bob hides the niece at his remote hunting and fishing camps until he moves her to Oregon to stay with two of his friends and keep her in their motorhome traveling around the U. S., constantly on the move. The security men from the labor union send men to kidnap the girl in order to gain influence over the business agent and ultimately to eliminate him. The investigation uncovers a worldwide network of human trafficking, prostitution, money laundering and murder. Efforts are needed from the Alaska State Troopers (AST), U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) and United Nations Asia Far East Institute (UNAFEI) to investigate the network.
