Few years back when I was doing venture capital funding -I remembered two cases. The first case was about opening 6000 ATMs and another was about taking broadband services to small town. I worked on these projects for six months and could not find investor. Eventually TATA opened 6000 ATMs and the broadband service started in small towns. But the pain point was -whether or not -the real promoters got funded or not. The difficulty mostly in India and to some degree in other countries is to get funding.
