With It's the Sugar, Stupid, I'm certainly not calling anyone stupid. "It's the sugar, Stupid," is my own personal daily mantra to myself. By trying out some of the simple suggestions in this book, you could be experiencing the same life-changing results that I did in less time than it takes to figure out that the meds don't work!! I'm not a doctor, a scientist, or health care professional. I'm just another person who was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. I was told to pop a couple of pills, shoot up some insulin and voila...normal blood sugar! What I found was that nothing could be further from the truth - or our health.
