The research you have in hand is introducing the situation of children who have found to have suffered concentration problems at schools and the schools have separated and sent some of them to special schools due to having been diagnosed with ADHD (Attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder) and DAMP ( Deficit in Attention, Motor Control and Perception ) diseases. This study encompasses the years 2000 to 2010 and describes the process of sending these kids to special schools and the reason for that. This study is comprised of 7 chapters in which the 5 main question of the thesis are answered and their results are investigated. The objective and aim of this thesis is to study "The Road to Understanding the Children with Concentration Problem in Sweden through särskolan ( special School for the Mentally Retarded)."
