He placed a treasure of gold coins, golden artifacts, and rare gems in a brass box and hid it in the mountains. He wrote and published a book of memoirs that contains the only clues to find the treasure, in the form of a poem.

Nivek Neff has been watching his father hunt for the treasure trove, hidden in the mountains of New Mexico.

When his father mysteriously dies from a gunshot, he takes up the hunt knowing he is in the same danger that struck down his father. His search for the treasure is a hunt for the killer.
