Imagine participating in a tech car race where each car is allowed a single laser that can disable your opponent. Katrina Meservier was chosen for the few precious few internships positions to help build a race car that will travel across the country and also won the lottery to aid the driver. What started as a simple race became a life and death match to stay ahead of those who were hired to stop everyone except those selected to win. Richard Bertrand and Katrina Meservier were quite a team. She, an intellectually capable MIT engineer and he, a handsome driver with an ego large enough to barely get him behind the wheel. From the moment they sat in the most advanced car ever built, turmoil lit the fuze on the explosive nature between their personalities. The moment the green light screamed for the races to go, Katrina and Richard were at each other's throats. It was good that they each had a special skill hidden behind the fighting. When the bullets started to come their way, their special skills blossomed bringing out a new appreciation for the other. With the mob, gangs, and hitmen after them, together they became unstoppable.
