Through the cleansing and focusing of the Body, Spirit, and Mind, one can experience inspiration and personal growth. The book was written to assist others in discovering and accepting who they are, and, to more fully understand their place in the overall scheme of life. We must be conscious of our own personnel strengths and weaknesses in order to grow through spiritual awareness. As time passes, we should endeavor to improve our character as human beings. As we grow in maturity, we must also make an effort to nurture and encourage the development of others through hope and support.
