All this talk that I am doing is just so that people can wake up about Serigne Touba, Serigne Saliou. So many barriers are between people and Serigne Saliou, who is in fact Serigne Touba, who is *****. What people have put between them and Serigne Saliou is because of their perception of the previous Khalifas of Serigne Touba. And Serigne Saliou has been put on the same level as the others by being the Khalif of Serigne Touba. The Khalif of Serigne Touba is not totally Serigne Touba; the Khalif of Serigne Touba is still different than Serigne Touba. Some of the grandsons of Serigne Touba get upset when they are told that Serigne Saliou is higher than their fathers. But the sons of Serigne Touba could feel that Serigne Saliou was higher than them. I swear that Serigne Saliou is Serigne Touba!!! I swear that he is Serigne Touba and [the fear of saying it in public] has been taken away from me. And there is nobody on the earth to prevent me from saying so and letting it be known. He is not the equal of anyone. If you try to compare him to your father, it is like you are humiliating your father. No matter how high the station of your father may be, he is not the equal of Serigne Saliou. Serigne Saliou is not the equal of anybody's father. The most obvious proof of this is me.... The other sons have come and passed away, but none of them has made a Cheikh. If you are not a son of Serigne Touba, then a son of Serigne Touba is better than you. The sons of Serigne Touba are better than anyone who is not a son of Serigne Touba. Serigne Touba is better than his sons because he made them, he created them... Cheikh Bethio Thioune
