Interim Chair BLACK. The hearing will come to order. Welcome to the Committee on the Budget Hearing on the Congressional Budget Office's Budget and Outlook. I want to thank everyone for being here this morning. We are holding this hearing today to discuss the Congressional Budget Office's budget and economic outlook which gives us a 10 year projection of our spending, our national debt, and how the economy is going to perform over the next decade.
