Deadly Secrets
Rodney Miller
"Deadly Secrets" tells the story of Darnell McCoy who was physically and mentally abused by his mother, and sexually abused by his brother, which ultimately led to his running away from home. He became a ward of the State and was taken in by nuns. All the abuse he had endured made him confused, ashamed, and after his martial arts training, deadly. Since he's been at St. Francis, the nuns have become an integral part of his life. They are the only ones who truly know Darnell's dark and painful secrets, but what they don't know is, those same secrets are what makes him deadly. As he tries to find himself, he finds out that he's not the only one who has secrets that are worth killing or dying for.
