The only problem with their relationship is hes a real womanizer and cant seem to be faithful to one woman. He really does love her, but hes just not ready to settle down. Their relationship begins with a lie when she told him that she was nineteen. She knew that if he knew she had just turned eighteen, he wouldnt have anything to do with her. Her best friend, Connie, tried to warn her about Thomas, but she wouldnt listen. She knew the moment that she first saw Thomas that he was the man that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. The trouble begins when Jennifer and Connie decide to spend the summer at the beach. Thomas and Mark, Connies boyfriend, decided to join them at the beach. Jennifer realized that she was in over her head, but she let her heart rule her thinkingeven after she has been warned by Connie and Mark that Thomas would break her heart. It was a summer of love and heartbreak for all four of them, but it was also an awakening for Jennifer. She knew that she would never love another man the way she loved Thomas.
