This is a compilation of introspective essays arising from the author's search for his purpose in life, over an eleven-year period. His writings began as a desire to express aloud his deepest inner thoughts as a way of speaking and listening to himself during his search for self-knowledge. This is the third of three volumes in which the author captures his introspective thoughts and journey toward greater understanding of Purpose, Creativity and the Human Potential. These introspective writings bring greater understanding and help to elucidate the philosophy of Leading From Above The Line, conceived and developed by the author.
