Christian teenage boys need to deeply understand and know whom they call Savior and Lord. "A Boy's Bible Study of Jesus" dissolves the dullness of complacency in a teenage boy's Christian life, replacing it with a hunger to read the Bible, a passion to know Jesus more, and a grateful commitment to follow Him. This study concentrates on the Book of Matthew as a pivot point to teach the life of Jesus, the teachings of Jesus, and the godly character of Jesus. By the end of the study, the entire Book of Matthew is read, along with several cross-references. Cross-referencing is introduced in this study and heavily encouraged to help understand much of Jesus' teachings, and to see how the Bible connects together, securing a significantly deeper knowledge of the whole Bible. The cross-referencing sections also generate an essential understanding of how vital Bible-reading is for daily life. This study is a reader and a life-application workbook, all in one. Because of the diligence required in cross-referencing, ideal ages are between 13 and 18 years. Suitable for personal, group, and family devotion, for a Bible study, and is also used for homeschool curriculum and/or an elective credit (1 semester).
