These are five short stories inspired by the UFO phenomenon. The narration adopts a documentary style, and as a result, the reader will find himself in a state of confusion, within the line that separates reality and fiction blurring throughout the telling of these stories as the author, El Houssine Majdoubi Bahida, has used actual historical data that he has mixed with fiction. Across these stories, he speaks about the relationship between Presidents Roosevelt and Kennedy; about the Secretary of Defense James Forrestal; about Army general Malin Craig who served as United States Army Chief of Staff from 1935 to 1939; and about the enigmatic Secretary of Defense Robert Lovett - all specifically in relation to UFO Policies. In one of these stories, the author reveals a surprising fact: Orson Wells' radio broadcast about aliens invading Earth in 1938 was in fact commissioned by the US Army, to investigate the behaviours of the US population in the face of such a threat. The very same Army also commissioned Spielberg to bring to life films about the phenomenon. The author also narrates events reflecting the secrecy policies adopted by Big Brother States, who sometimes operate in the shadows, including to determine what information can be provided to incoming presidents of the United States and what needs to remain hidden.
