Diamond, Bobby and the people in their lives all went through some serious changes of life. No one was safe from facing reality head on, and figuring out how to deal with their consequences. Karma is one of the most effective consequences known to man. When you do dirt, you get dirt. No matter how hard you try to change your life, if you cannot escape the dark cloud hovering over your head, you will never be able to reap the blessings when it produces rain. This is what the characters in this book were facing. They would soon find out that all things, whether good or bad, has to come to an end.
