The year was 3087. Sky City was the last city to be inhabited in the Galaxy. For thousands of years, Sky City was known for its peaceful and harmonious citizens. That is, until a teen named Titan arrived. Titan came from the year 2017 using a time machine that he stole from its inventor, a ten year old girl named Crystal. Titan was a cold-hearted, devious and selfish teenager. There was nothing kind about him. Titan had a plan. His plan was to change the time on the Giant Clock Tower so that he could freeze time and manipulate it anyway he wanted; speed it up, slow it down, or freeze it indefinitely.
