If pupils' behaviour reflects the education that they have received from home then it follows that the behaviour of people in our societies reflects the education that the society has given to them. Education always serves a purpose. The objectives of education during the Agricultural and Industrial revolution eras must be different from this era of information and knowledge. Unfortunately, the vision, delivery and the expected products from formal education have not changed from what it used to be, several decades ago. Learning Naturally is an original commentary that highlights some of the ineffective practices of formal education and makes a strong case for why the issues that we face, from cynicism to extremism, are all of our making. The book provides a pathway to how we can reverse this negative and unproductive trend. We have learned our present behaviours mostly through our experiences in school. Learning Naturally advocates a different way of delivering formal education to produce the type of confident, aspirational, self-believing and productive citizens that we desire. Learning Naturally the nature of an effective school curriculum and how each one of us can contribute to ensure that we have accepted the demands of our rapidly changing world and are taking steps to address them today.
